Harmonic’s web redesign had 5 key aims. Shift market perception and expand brand awareness beyond the broadcasting industry;
Update website design to fall in line with Harmonics innovative business; Expand customer engagement through trust value and a friendlier communication; Accelerate lead generation for all Harmonic businesses (Video SaaS, Video Appliances and Software and Cable Access); Measure marketing efforts effectively.
We began the process with a User Experience workshop to ensure we had clearly identified the key user groups that interact with the harmonics site, and that we understood what harmonics wanted the site to dictate.
This phase allowed us to plan and set out the definitive wireframes. Due to a tight time-frame for the delivery of this project the design and development phases took place concurrently to ensure the deadline was met.
To make this style of project work we factored in extra client meetings and web calls to reach sign off on the various stages.
